Kickoff & Sprint Planning

We align on tools, communication cadence and milestones. Most projects run in 2-week sprints with a demo at the end of each.

You get playable builds early and often. Feedback is welcome at every step - we would rather adjust in week 2 than surprise you in week 10.

Delivery & Handoff
